I just learnt that my image Beach Huts at Wells is on the shortlist for the RPS International Print exhibition. The first round of judging is done online, and now I need to actually make a print and submit it. It is a composite image of the beach huts at Wells-next-the-Sea in Norfolk. It it built up from separate exposures for each hut, taken straight-on from the front, and then merged together into a single long strip. Printed full size it would be around 20m long. I edited the forest background to provide a consistent dark backdrop to the huts across the length of the image.
